Community Coalition
for Christ

seeking to serve our community

How we started and what we are about

Non-profit Organization
The Community Coalition for Christ (CCC) was started 2008 as primarily a Thanksgiving and Christmas ministry to provide for families and Children in need. Families were identified by teachers and counselors within the Stanly County School system and then the CCC would help. We provide a Thanksgiving meal and full Christmas (clothes, shoes, coats, toys and Bible) to every child. As this grew the CCC became a year round ministry of churches that help families in need. Many are referred from the schools and churches within Stanly County. Today we take Christmas and Thanksgiving to an average of 400+ children annually and help with food, some bills, household needs, school supplies, and children clothing. Most of all we build relationships that allow us to share the Word and Love of Jesus Christ with people. Our partnership is comprised of churches within the area that desire to work together to be Gods hands and feet. Each church that is a CCC partner provides volunteers, financial support, and serves a church that the CCC can refer people too for worship. We try to connect every family and child with a church in the area. We are a non denominational organization but believe that Jesus Christ paid the price for each of our sins on the cross. That the only requirement to salvation is to believe in him, repent, ask for his forgiveness and love him with all your heart soul and mind.
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit”
Romans 15:13

We delivered 140 meals in 2022 but most importantly the Gospel was shared 140 times through this opportunity to be servants for His glory

We are excited this year as we feel there will be a great need and desire for help this thanksgiving during this season of life we are living in 2022.  This year all meals and food will be preparing and loaded up out of Anderson Grove Baptist Church.  At that point your local churches in the community will be picking up the meals and delivering to homes in their area.  Your local church will be the ones delivering to your homes.  Churches will pick up meals at 2pm to start delivering to their community.  Thanks and let's watch God move in a mighty way this year.
Please Note:  All Recipients will be run through Charity Tracker to prevent multiple assistance so if you are receiving assistance from someone else we will not be assisting you through CCC.  The community church will not assist if you are already assisted by another church for this event.

Christmas Assistances

Presents will be delivered your local community church

Christmas – the most special time of year.  It is the celebration of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  This is the day that God sent His Son to live among us and to show His love for all.  At the CCC, we show the love of Christ – who was persecuted, died for our sins and resurrected on the third day so that we may all have eternal life.  Christmas is also the cause of a lot of stress for a number of families.  Families may not be able to afford even the most basic of gifts for their children.  The CCC has been lead to show Christ’s love to these families and has partnered with the community school system to identify and assist those in need.
Our Mission is to provide assistance to families in need.

Please Note:  All Recipients will be run through Charity Tracker to prevent multiple assistance so if you are receiving assistance from someone else we will not be assisting you through CCC.  The community church will not assist if you are already assisted by another church for this event.

Do you want to be a part of CCC?

CCC has been around since 2008 in so many ways.  Our main activity at this time is meals for the Thanksgiving and Christmas presents for our local community.  Just this event alone requires partnerships with churches, businesses, and individuals to make this successful.  The more people we have to serve the more time we can spend with these families that need love, and some encouragement from God's word in their lives.  God has also giving us a vision to do more.  We are currently planning and seeking the areas that God has lead us at CCC.  We would love to have you part of our team in anyway that you feel lead.  You can click on the button below and we will contact you as soon as possible to start that relationship of service today.  Thank you and please be in prayer for how God is leading you to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We are in need of servants and financial contributions to meet the needs of our community.
